Designers' Showhouse 40 Preview

Our own Rich Lippincott will be leading the Nell Hill design team for the entire Carriage House at the 40th Annual Kansas City Symphony Designers' Showhouse at 5236 Cherry. Rich is the designer at Nell Hill's and also serves on our Art and Design Committee. The dates of the events are listed under "Events" to the right.

How to blog

To get the most out of the Santa Fe Place blog, you need a Google email and password.

To get a Google email and password:

1. Go to the Google home page at http://www.google.com/
2. Click “sign in”
3. Then click “Create an Account Now” and follow the instructions

Once you have done that, you can access all areas of the blog.

Without a Google email and password you can read the main page of the blog, and you can read the group discussions; however, you cannot post your own comments or become a follower.

Now that you have a Google email and password:

A. To become a follower of the blog, click “Follow This Blog” to the right.

B. To comment on a posting on the main blog page:

1. At the bottom of each post it says, “Posted by Nancy Knab . . . followed by a number and the word “comments.” Click the word “comments.”
2. Scroll to the bottom of the comments to the “Post a Comment” window and type your comment there.
3. If you are not already signed in you will need to open the drop-down menu next to “Comment as”, select “Google Account” and sign in.

C. To view the forum discussions, click SFP Forum to the right.

D. To post your comments to the forum and participate in the discussion groups:

1. Select the topic you want to comment on.
2. Click “reply.”
3. If you are not already signed in, click “sign in.”
4. Sign in with your Google email and password.
5. Type your comment and click “send.”
